In addition and to help young people into long term careers, we started our apprenticeship programme back in 2015/16 and are now proud to have supported and employed over seven apprentices through the CITB scheme over this period with one now fully qualified and the six others at different stages of their apprenticeship.

Experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Highways, Design Management, Project Estimation, and Feasibility Studies. Strong business development professional with a BSc (Hons) focused in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Making sure all health and safety standards are being followed and liaise daily with site management teams from the main contractors on each of our sites. My job is essentially to keep things running smoothly for our teams and help make their days and weeks as productive as possible.
Managing administrative and financial operations, I handle invoicing, documentation, communication with clients and contractors, and oversee the company’s social media. I ensure the office runs smoothly and that every project is supported with professionalism and efficiency, enabling the team to work effectively and deliver high-quality results.
My role as an apprentice is to learn from experienced team members by working alongside them each day. I also carry out snagging across all Hamilton sites. Once my apprenticeship is complete, I hope to continue my career with Hamilton Bricklaying Services and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
